sir i have lost my parents in car accident in 2000. that time i was just 8 yrs old.
Ques 1 : my sister sold my property by taking my guardianship from court. can i get that property back bcoz they r nt giving me any thing now nd that time i was minor . they have a right to sell it ?
Ques 2 : my father have done 2 marriages nd my mother was second wife. he have nt given any divorce to first one. Now i just want my share in grandfathers property can i get that or nt. there was no wil made by my grandfather .

Your sister being a guardian is merely a Trustee, and you can claim, the sale proceeds and interest thereon or profit earned by her - her estate thereon.
Yes, you are entitled to a share in your grandfather's property, wife may be illegitimate but child is recognized as legitimate only in India.
