Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, I am manager of a pharmaceutical company posted in Assam and recently I have been issued transfer to Kerala. I should move with my family. But my wife is state govt. employee. She cannot accompany me. Is their any legal point which can help me to get stay on this ground. Please advise.
