Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, Mere DADA ne ak jamin 1950 me becha hai par jis plot ko becha hai wah plot galat hai lekin dakhal kabja me jiske ke pass becha hai uske paas hai abhi mai us plot se dakhal kabja hatana chahata hu keoki jis plot ka registry hui hai wah plot nahi hai. kya mai dakhal kabja se hata sakta hu ki nahi, keoki jis plot ki registry hui hai waska chauhadi sahi hai par plot galat hai. mai kya karu kuch upay bataye please.
