Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir my mother is the daughter of a freedom fighter.In UP by the amendment in the act I have been(NATI)maternal grandson included in the reservation category.there is a Government order dated 9\12\15 in which it is stated that DM of the original residential district of the freedom fighter will issue the certificate.my maternal grandfather who was declared a freedom fighter is from udhamsinghnagar Uttrakhand .now please answer these two questions?
1. Is there any provision for reservation for daughter's son in Uttrakhand?
2. I am permanent resident of UP( by birth ) in which provision/ rule the certificate of dependent of freedom fighter will be issued to me in UP ?
