Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir am Muslim by religion, I am HIV positive, my father died interstate,upon which my younger brother has taken advantage, taken over business, and few properties too I have not given my proper share too cause my mother is delaying the process on the insistence of my younger brother,probably waiting for my death.so he gets all what has been left behind by my father, what can I do.i am being paid R's 500 daily but they re taking advantage of properties and business worth in stores.plz help me
