Sir my permanent address is of meerut and all the document of mine are from saharanpur address as permanent address but from last one year our family live in dehradun (uttrakhand ) now problem , and i haven;t made any document on roorkee address as according to uttrakhand govnmt a resident of atleast 20 year can make thier certifiacte from uttrakhand so please tell me that it would arise any problem if i use saharanpur address certificate as no one live in meerut ..on that address
