Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir I have a personal loan in axis bank 80 thousand I didn't pay the emi last 22months because I have a some family financial problems but they are calling my office and given threat I block your passport visa even your job I will case against you as a420 but I told give me 6 months so I satel the money I all ready requested but they are not lessen ing me what to do sir

You can file a police complain against the collection agents who are threatening you. Next time they call ask them them to resort to the legal remedies available to them instead of frantically calling you up.
