Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi sir plzzz help me with a gud guidance tis is abt the church of mizpah telugu church which is under the karnataka registration act it's established in 13 may 1913 ,where as per our byelaw a deacon member who is there in current 4yrs cannot be elected again but there is a person by name sudhakar treasurer who is not submitted the accounts yet for 4 years he is taken the help of society and did a general body meeting and casted all fake votes again Mr.Sudhakar won the election even society people are not considering the byelaw of our church what can be done
