Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir, previously my house singlefloor(ground) with joint wall, i demolished roof and i constructing new 3floor house with pillars 2iches away from joint wall, & constructing new walls without using joint wall1) shall i pay compensation for second floor jointwall, 2)can i put windows in my new wall side of joint wall wich is 2 inches away from joint wall 7inhes is mine in jointwall (size 14inch width)?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can construct or extend your house with the prior approval of the local municipal authority, to avoid the possibility of demolition in the future as a result of objection raised by any neighbour, and if shown and proved to be an unauthorized construction.
