Ms. Priya
The power of attorney executed abroad has to be compulsory legalized by the Notary Public, or, Indian Consulate, as per Section 33 of the Indian Registration Act. if such Power of Attorney is not attested, then it is invalid in the eye of law, and Registering Authority will not approve such Power of Attorney. You can ask the 6th Sharer to once again send the power of attorney after getting it legalized.
Should you have any questions, then feel free to contact me.
