Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, i purchased an open plot, it was observed that in the rd link document a landlady died and her husband with two minor children registered the document to nd one. nd one sold it to third one and third one sold it to me. while i was went for bank loan they replied that the loan was not processed due to minor dependants at rd link pls help me .
