hello sir this query is related to aadhar card sir i could'nt able to make my aadhar card due to the BLO of over colony told that our name is not in the census 2010 . now sir what is the procedure for aadhar card . can be make it by filling form from internet and attach all required document with it

Dear Sir / Madam,
The BLO (buffalow) of your Colony has misguided you that your name has to be in the Census to be able to make an Aadhar Card. All you have to do is fill in the Aadhar Application Form (which can be downloaded from the website) and complete the submission process at the Aadhar Centre. It cannot be completed online because fingerprinting and retina impressions of the applicant are taken at the time of submission of the form along with all relevant supporting documents.
