Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, I am resident of karnataka would like to ask you that whether the signature forged document will be accepted in mutation. The mutation was applied by my mother with assistance of her two daughters and their husbands. Whether the person who has done the forgery can be punished under law. pls reply

forgery is an offence. you will have to move the appropriate authority with your complaint and ask them to take action.
