Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir I stay in secunderabad, telangana, as a tenant for the last 14 years in the same house along with my parents. I just want to know whether can we claim for the ownership of this house and the landlord lives in delhi.

a tenant cannot claim the ownership unless the owner executes transfer deeds in his favour.
