Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir i am udit saini from roorkee earlier i asked you a question about caste certificate i just want to know that to enjoy the reservation of obc caste in central government jobs (not uttrakhand govnmt ) then i can used my obc and domicile certificate that have permanent address of saharanpur , i have done all my education from saharanpur and live in saharanpur about 22 year but as i told you earlier just three previous year we are living in roorkee . But not make any doocument in roorkee . sir please clear my doubt that IS IT NECESSARY TO LIVE ON THE PERMANENT ADDRESS (AS SAHARANPUR IN MY CASE) OR I COULD USE OBC CERTIFICATE AND PERMANENT RESIDENCE PROOF IN CENTRAL GOVN. AND UP GOVERNMENT JOBS .. TO ENJOY THE OBC RESERVATION..

As already advised, all your documents and proofs with your Saharanpur address are sufficient for all purposes.
