Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir, my uncle wrote a settlement in favour of me, my another uncles son, filled a suit for the share. but I am living in that home, I have that registered settlement in was written on 2002. in the court, i shown that registered settlement, i am unable to find one winess and anoter witness is died, anyway how to proove the settlement without witness, i know it is my uncle's sign. and thump impression,how could i proove it? please guide me?

Dear Sir / Madam,
In the absence of tracing witnesses to confirm signature, making the Registrar a "confirming party" in the case is advisable and recommended.
