me ye janna chata hu kya sirh news paper me nikalwa dene se hi koi ma apne bete ko apni(father ke samay ki property )property se bedakal kar sakti hai kya

ye ghatna 6 saal pahle ki hai jabki usi property ka bijli bill mere hi naam se aata hai mere alawa ab meri maa ko koi waris bhi nehi hai to mai kis upay se apni family property ko bech sekta hu ?

Dear Sir,

Sirf bijlee bill aapkay naam honay say property aapkee nahee bantee. Property kay sabhee kaagzaat aap he kay naam honay zaroori hai. Aapkay maa ko aapkay pita kay dehant kay dwara saaree jaaydaad milee hai. Toh maa kay hotay huay aur bagair maa kee anumati sivaay aap property bech nahee saktay.
