Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir,
Aman registered land to Kiran for 10 Lakhs advance, However Kiran has not paid the money completely to Aman.
Kiran still owes 30 lakhs to Aman and he has written agreement that his money is foregone if he did not pay 30 lakhs on time to Aman.
Now Kiran has given power of Attorney ( which is revocable ) to Ram for 15 lakhs. Without knowing the background Ram paid Karan 15 lakhs for power of attorney.
Now before the POA is revoked by Karan, can Ram register this land to his wife.
What are the options for Ram to get out of this situation ?

Not clear. If Aman registered land, where is the question of agreement?
