Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir,
bank going sale a property valuable 20 Lacks on SARFACIA act bank loan is only 12 lacks, some people applied for attachment some X applied for 8 Lacks, Y applied for 6 lacks and Z applied for 2 Lacks, now my doubt is if bank sold it for 20 lacks than what are percentages will come to the attachment appliers.
please suggest me, i am the Z.

With whom is the property mortgaged? if there is a pari passu charge then the proceeds will be prorated. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
