Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi Sir,
case has been filed by say party B on all my property.Even if party B wins the case he will get only 1/5th of the property.But now the problem is party B has included the sub-register as a victim and have blocked me from taking loan or sell the property. So kindly tell what action i should take to avail loan.they have not got any injection order. But as sub-register is also added in the case i am not even able to get a loan on the property.I need to avail loan ASAP so please tell what should i do now.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the property is under litigation, you can neither avail any loan on the property, nor can you sell it to a third party.
