sir,i born in 1992,i appiled for a birth certificate but my birth is not found in municipal records ,so they gave me non-availability of birth certificate .now i want to apply for pass port .there is any chance to get passport with non-availability of birth certificate?

Dear Sir / Madam,

The birth of each and every child is recorded in the concerned local Municipality. You should approach the nursing home where you were born, and request them to trace your birth record and thereafter apply to the local Municipality to issue you the Birth Certificate. It is surprising, because you cannot get admission in school without submitting the Birth Certificate. You need a Birth Certificate while applying for your Passport.

To establish your date of birth you can use your 10 th certificate.
