Dear Sir / Madam,
The birth of each and every child is recorded in the concerned local Municipality. You should approach the nursing home where you were born, and request them to trace your birth record and thereafter apply to the local Municipality to issue you the Birth Certificate. It is surprising, because you cannot get admission in school without submitting the Birth Certificate. You need a Birth Certificate while applying for your Passport.
Regards,
Passport is your right. No one can deny you the same. Kindly visit the Nearest passport Sewa Kendra or log onto passportindia.gov.in . You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
