i gave 900000 in diffrent part to my friend it oral deal i have no any written proof but i have a cheque of his rs-450000 pls suggest to me what i can do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should encash the cheque for Rs. 4,50,000/- and tell your friend to give you a cheque for the balance amount.
