sir,i gave my land for cultivation,10 years after cultivator told that its my land...actually there is no any agreement also.how he occupied sir

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the occupant (tiller of the land) has not paid you any compensation for the 10 years that he has been tilling the land, police action for commencing eviction proceedings is recommended.
