Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
Sir,I am owner in a khaiwat of 5 acre.we are 5 brothers muy name is showing in 5 acres but can I sale one acre complete in one place where is showing me my khasra number because buyer could not buy
one acre in 5 places tell me answer by law..thank you sir

in fact this is a joint property ( mushtarqa Khata) without demarcation of owners of their respective land. if between brothers land shares ( unofficially ) are settled and demarcated and only then a share holder can sell......
