Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir,
I have purchased land and construction house in the year 2004 by loan, and pre- close my loan 2011, i found mistake in my deed when i go for second loan, mistake found in boundaries - the direction were not correct, there are three directions are wrong in my deed, please suggest me what i will do.
Entire deed again register freshly or rectification is enough.
