Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir
I was working in mnc company in noida then after 6 month company got shut down.I also deposit 50000 rupees in bank acc of one of the directors before joining the company they gave me 15000 pr month and they also deducted 2000 rupees as provident fund . After shut down company gave me my remaining salary through check but when I deposit check in bank but it bounce by company now please help me how to recover all my money like remaining salary, 50000 , nd p.f
