Hello Sir,
I am a 19 yrs old boy,i want to file a fir against my father.
He beaten me brutly,can't allow to go outside of home,any family function.Always treat me like a pet,never take care of me.
please help me.

why does your father treat you like this what about your family how are they with you?? Are you a student?? Talk to your teacher and family and see if a solution can be reached. otherwise you can make an online complain with the police.

As this is your family matter you should try to sort it out amicably otherwise you have all the right to file an FIR against your father in police station.
