Sir/madam. my grandfather made a will .we are 4

brother and three sister in that will only three(2bro

and 1sister ) has the name. all three are telling that

other children are no rights because my

grandfather not wrote there names.tell me that we

are right to ask right in that property.that property

in kerala

Dear Sir / Madam,

Although in keeping with your grandfather's Will, the other children do not have any legal rights to his "estate", you will need to obtain a Probate on the Will from the Court for transfer of the title of your grandfather's "estate" in your names.

It is true that the unnamed grandchildren have no share only if the will is genuine. In case the will is not genuine then you have the option to challenge it and contest the probate case. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
