Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir/madam. my grandfather made a will .we are 4 brother and three sister in that will only three(2bro and 1sister ) has the name. all three are telling that other children are no rights because my grandfather not wrote there names.tell me that we are right to ask right in that property

if the property willed is his self acquired property then the will is valid if not then the will will not be tennable. you cab challenge the wills on other grounds too.
