Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
hello Sir/Madam I have a question related to disputed property between my mother and other person.This legal case filed by that person in the year of 06/01/1995 against my mother. The problem behind this case is the person who sold this property to both person and the person no more. Now 19 year of this case come to an end and the second party win there legal case and starts construction we also try to stop local police but he did't stop because he have valid document from Hon'ble court. Now you are requested please advice us what to do next for the same. Kind Regards Deepak

Dear Deepak,
Since the other person already has the judgement passed by the Court in his favour, filing an appeal is not recommended as it may prove futile.
