Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hello Sir/Madam,
I need a advice from this forum, our plantiff has taken ex parte temporary injuction against us for not to putup any construction in common passage.
My question/doubt is we have not constructed anything in the ground floor,can we put some fabrication in first and second floor for our easement.
The interim orders which is passed is quoted only as not to put up any construction by defedant in any manner.
Note :we have exclusive rights in Common passage
