Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir?Madam
I have received summons for the civil case on 25th May 2016 and for the answer submission date mention on that is for 30 days ,,Its of karkardooma court summons and court will open on 1st July2016
PLease advice that delay for submission of answer to summons creates problems for me or not ......plz revert on [email protected]
