Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
hi sir/mam,
I have a flat in one of the residential society having 12 flats overall. We are trying to rent this apartment to tenanats so that we can pay our EMI of the flat.We are payong society charges and following all the norms.but there is one couple in the society who are not allowing us to rent out the flat.whenever any probable tenant comes they will complain about the facilities and will try to change their minds. They also used to harass our previous tenant. We have shared water facilities,so this lady would turn off the valve ,interfere in their(tenants) private life and not allow them to bring frns and family, frustated they left.
Now it has been more than two months ,we have not been able to find the tenant coz of this couple.they even warned us that they will ock our house if tried to rent it out and will not allow any tenant as all other flats have their owners living in them.I am finding it difficult to give the EMIs.And we dont want to indulge in verbal abuses and fights. Can yu please suggest some legal course of action that we can take against this couple?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can simply tell the prospective licensee's who finalize occupying your flat on a 11 months Agreement for Leave and License to keep away from this nuisance couple during their duration of stay in your flat.
