Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir,meri aur mere uncle ki 1 joint registered property hai,registry mere father aur uncle dono ke naam par 50-50% hai.humne us property par high court se stay order le rakha hai taki uncle akele use sell na kar sake iske bavjood bhi vo use sell karne ki koshish kar rahe hai.Kya registry department ko stay ki 1 copy dekar is baat ke liye baddya kiya ja sakta hai ki wo kisi prakar ka transaction na hone de please advise

Property jointly registered honay kay naatay, aapkay uncle usay aapkay hastaakshar kay bagair oos joint property ko kisi bhi haalaat may bech nahee saktay.
