sir
My father got a house which has come from ancestors(mother).
Father has 4 bros and 3 sis...brothers shared the property in equal shares that to attested by their sisters. later brothers constructed 4 portions (not registered)and got house taxes.
After few years one of my father's younger bro soled his portion (1998)to my father and my father got house tax on behalf of his name..he didn't registered the portion.
After 16 years the person who sold the portion to my father now objecting me to enjoy the portion as it is not registered.
