my mother received cash from my fathers property 2years and 11 months ago.she is second wife of my father.my father is not alive.my mother has 1 son and 2 daughters.she is living with her son.whether the daughters has right to claim the cash property from her mother.if so what is the time limit.my brother is enjoying the cash properties intrest amount.
