Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My sister married before 32 years, my father who died before 7 years, was tenant in a chawl. Recently before two years, my mother got a free replacement flat against the room in the chawl. Subsequently my mother died last year. Now whether my sister has a right over the flat?

If your mother has not made a Will in your name, your sister also has an equal right over the flat.
