Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Between sisters we have a dispute of our petternal property against which i hold the final status quo dtd 09/06/2010 till the title suit is dispose but inthe mean time my sister with her husband secretly forcefully gave power of attorney to a land mafia who holds every right for the disputed land and the house buildingon dtd 22/02/2013,later i came to know that they have sold the same disputed property to that mafia neglecting the status quo, who has made all the paper officialy,even the deed also on dtd 27/06/2013 but all of a sudden my father expired on dtd 10/08/2013,taking the adventage the mafia has captured the property on dtd.09/09/2013.i discussed the matter with my advocate he stated that now there is no use of the case,so please help me out, is there no way out for me to cansel the deed ,is there no punishment for contempt of court.how it is possible to neglect the status quo.

Dear Madam,

You should file a writ petition in the Court against the opponents, and get the Court to issue appropriate orders to evict the land mafia from the property.
