my sisters want to surrender their share in my father properties to me.i want to know that reliquinshment deed can made together all the sisters at same time or saprately at diffrent times of periods. what is the procedure of this.

The deeds may be signed joint or separately as well, but remember, it has no legal sanctity if the same is unregistered. You may also drop a detailed query at [email protected]

Relinquishment deed is a weak document and can be challenged at a later stage.it is advisable to get the relinquishment through court orders.
