Site is in my moms name. It was registered when my father was alive.
He registered willfully in her name. My mom is housewife.
We are 4 children for her.
My father has expired, my mom has sold the property.
Is it becomes inherited property.
She is living by herself. No children is looking after her.
My sister is asking for share in the property.
Is my mom liable to share the amount she got
