Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Site was in my mother name. She sold it. We are 3 siblings. 2 daughters and 1 son who i eldest.
She did not inform my brother because she thought he might object. Daughters signed. She is been alone since my father died. She has very low pension. She does not have house to live. She sold it for her expenses.
Can anyone claim for the money she got out of the selling the site

was it her self acquired property or inherited one??. having said that can you please decide how you are helping your mother in her old age?? If she had to sell the house to survive it speaks volumes about her children. And even now you want to deprive her of her survival by staking claim on the amount. Wish I could apprise her on her rights of maintenance from her children.

Dear Sir / Madam,
With the demise of your father, unless he father has left behind a Will specifically naming you or your sisters as beneficiaries of his estate after he is no more, your mother has the sole right to do as she pleases with your father's estate.
