Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi, I had a situation that the bank started the calling me saying I have a outstanding balance on my credit card which I have to pay and when I disputed with them asking for a statement they never sent it, I have received around 4 calls from them, they were mentioning that I have taken the card 5 years before and used the card and did not make the payment and now will all interests it has come to a higher amount. Hence, I had check with CIBIL report and the details were appearing hence disputed with them and CIBIL has now confirmed that the card details were showing of another user and it wasn't mine and hence they going to remove the details, and I have got the revised CIBIL report which does not have the Credit card details. Now, I wanted to sue a case on the bank as I had applied for other loans and got rejected mentioning my CIBIL score is less and I had horrible time in arranging funds. Hence, I would request you to advise how to claim compensation for the loss and embarrassment that I had gone through? Hoping to hear from your all soon and thanks in advance.
