Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
If a son wants 2 case a file against his father then what he have 2do..his father left the house 3yrs ago..n even he is not giving money 2 them..so wat they can do?

They Can do Nothing. Father is not obliged to give any money to SON. Son have to earn on their own and maintain themselves instead of depending on their fathers Money. However, if son are minor, then father has liability to maintaining their Son, otherwise, son have to sustain themselves..
