Dear Sir / Madam,

Here are my answers :

1). A custom refers to a customary practice in legal terminology - it may be governed by religion or habit.

2). A professional opinion refers to an opinion of a qualified professional to explain a law / legal terminology in simplified language - say by an Advocate / Solicitor / Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary / Cost Accountant / Doctor / Engineer.

3). An Agreement which is usually between two or more persons is a product of law.
