Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I stay in Dubai. One of my ex collegue requested for some financial help in Aug 14 with a promise of returning it by end Sep. I transferred 1 L from my NRE account and another lac was deposited by my fatehr through cheque. But now he refuses to return my money.He has switched off his mobile and doesnot reply to my mails . Please advise what legal options I have.
