Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I stay in Mumbai, I was buying a flat in Bangalore. I paid an advance token money of Rs. 5.00 lacs. The deal could not go through as the documents were not proper. The owner is not returning my advance money . I filed a case in Bangalore High court. The first summon was send by court which was returned un delivered. The court has taken 6 months the second summon has not been served. How can I chase/ request the court to send second summon , by post or email. ? Pl. advice. Jaya s

your lawyer needs to appear and request for issuance of summons. Generally the court sends summons on its own.
