Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am staying seperate fom my husband from last 12 years.I got married again without getting divorce in 2012 an d gave birth to baby girl in year 2014. Is it legal or nt.

the second marriage, thought null and void but action can be initiated by ex husband.
