Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
After the sudden demise of father, who has not written his will ,we three brothers give written permission to mother (affadevit) to sell property.she sold the property in 2003 and buy new properties in her name.my question is this that we three brothers now can claim our share in new properties or not legally?

Dear Sirs,
If the property is purchased in the sole name of your mother, the power to deal with the new property solely vests in your mother and you three brothers cannot claim your share in the new property by right.
