I want to sent a summons to New Zealand in a divorce case. What all are the procedure to be followed to send it to embassy and what is the fee for it?

Through court u can send the summons by filling case of divorce

to my mind, New Zealand is also a signatory to the Hague convention. The summons may be served through the Hague office situated in Delhi.
