What to do with a tainted judge passed biased order bypassed all oral and documentary evidence on the file and even not quoted the rulings and judgments given in support at the time of arguments. the defendant�s sale deed was proved defective on the record as the execution of sale deed is prior to the execution of p.o.a. who executed the sale deed, moreover defendant did not appeared in the witness box his special p.o.a. appeared who tendered his evidence by way of affidavit attested on 4-4-2013 whereas the p.o.a. was executed on 9-4-2013 through which he appeared in the witness box, on cross examination he can't give any answer, to every question his answer was he knows nothing. even then the suit was dismissed. there is only one reply to every issue that the plaintiff failed to prove. the judgment was passed in hurry.
i want the case to be scrutinized and the judge be brought to books.
please advice me, full details of the case would be sent.
